ST. LOUIS HELP
St. Louis Health Equipment Lending Program
Abiding Savior has partnered with St. Louis Health Equipment Lending Program (STLHELP) to provide increased access to STLHELP’s services: collecting, cleaning, and refurbishing home medical equipment, providing much-needed equipment for free to anyone who needs it.
In addition to STLHELP’s warehouses in Olivette and Crystal City, Abiding Savior adds a new location to the St. Louis community to drop off your no-longer-needed home medical equipment and provides local access to STLHELP’s services.
As an STLHELP HUB, Abiding Savior will accept home medical equipment donations on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and Noon by appointment.
Mark and Cheryl Strahm are leading the effort in this partnership as part of a larger health ministry funded in part by the Lutheran Foundation of St Louis.
Please call (314) 894-9200 to schedule a drop-off.
For more than 15 years, STLHELP, a 501(C)(3) charity, has been collecting, refurbishing, and providing used home medical equipment to anyone who needs it. This work is now more important than ever with increasingly high deductibles, bad insurance, no insurance, denials, and now, increasing supply-chain shortages that prevent people from getting the resources they need to heal.
